Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after they are placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
- Once your order has been dispatched, it is typically delivered within 4–5 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery (Delhi NCR)
- Customers in Delhi NCR can opt for Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery at an additional charge.
- This service is subject to availability.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor its journey.
Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will make up to three delivery attempts.
- If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse as a Return to Origin (RTO).
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

In Case of Delays
If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll do our best to keep you informed. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by events beyond our control. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we'll assist you with an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.
